Default 2.3L Crankshaft pully Removal. How?

Hey, Sorry if someone already asked this i looked for a thread similar but couldn't find one.

I got to change my timing belt and got everything off except the crank pully.

Anyone know how.

Thanks for your time.

yes you do to get the cover off im doing mine at the moment and i have to but mine is a 93 so if you have pre 91 then yours may be different. but the way you remove it is by taking all five bolts out make sure it is in gear it wont spin as freely. if you havent removed your water pump pully put your belt that goes to it back on to remove it if you ve done that just take the five bolts out starting with the center one and do the other four after. then it should just pull off mine did.

You don't have to remove the pulley, but it just makes the job a real pain in the caboose if you don't.
