I replaced the battery cables, switched the spark plug cables to the right firing order and she started up, but she stalls. I think it has to do with the elec. choke.

Take a look at your fuel system including your fuel line pressure. One symptom of stalling is lack of fuel so replace that fuel filter and check vacuum pressure first.

I hooked up a few vacuum line and she idles at 100rpms. after a minute or two I shut her off and started her up the danced around before setting at 200rpms I think shes fine now except the the exhaust leak

I found out its actually 1000 rpms. ANybody with knowledge on removing the MCU system would be greatly appreciated.
