With some digging around online, it looks like they are still available through AutoZone. NAPA and Advance Auto seem to be getting out of the carburetor business quickly. If you really come up empty handed, go buy a Weber DFEV carburetor. The DFEV is what your carburetor is based off of and is a direct bolt-on replacement. The only thing you will have to do is swap the throttle lever from the current carb to the Weber so it will fit the Ford throttle cable, but even that is just 1 nut and 2 screws to do. If you want to dig around a little online, you will want to search for a "Motorcraft 5200", "Holley 5200", or "Weber 5200." I know it sounds strange, but so is the carburetor. It's the Weber DFEV that Ford had Holley modify for their vehicles.
