the oil in my 4 banger is burning oil in the crankcase... its not smoking from the exhaust but theres smoke comming out of the breather... does anyone know why itwould do this?

crank getting really hot or your o rings around your pistons are letting cumbustion threw.

I suggest to run a compression test,this will tell you alot.Also check the pcv system.

i dont think its the combustion getting through cuz it smells like burning oil but it could be scorching the oil when it leaks through the rings... how much does a compression tester cost? and its wierd cuz the block doesnt get any hotter than usual and this problem started about 3 days ago
