Exclamation 1990 Mustang 2.3 L has busted turn signals

My 1990 2.3L has turn signals not working. I have already gotten pulled over like 5 times for it. My hazards work fine, I even replaced the circle flasher relay by the Drivers side fuse box. And none of the regular fuses are bad. I dont know what else i should check...Any suggestions? Thanks

On my '87 5.0 I had two flashers, one near the fuse box and another just plugged into a socket in the wiring harness under the dash, not attached to anything, I don't know if that was original or not, but when the one loose under the dash went out I had the same problem, working hazards but no turn signals.

Drop your glove compartment box and see if your turn signal flasher isn't behind it - just somewhat to the left.

I looked under my front drivers side and didnt see anything else i thought could be the flasher. I dont know if this matters much, my turn signals would work intermittently for about a month then just went out. I dont even hear a click.
And this image was all i found in the glove box

Default Turn Signal Flasher

'stang princess,Try looking in the console under the heater controls and above the radio is the flasher unit located to the passenger side. On my '90 LX I can just reach back from the passenger seat and have maybe 3 inches of the flasher harness and flasher in my paw.

Default Signal Flasher

NO Princess........I'm sorry, my last post wasn't that clear on it. From the passenger seat reach behind the gap in the console at the firewall (top of the hump) and feel back towards the radio and heater controls for a small canister thingy, (a little bigger than a quarter and about an inch to an inch and a quarter long, mine is on the side closest to the passenger seat) and pull it and the wiring clip towards the front of your ride. The flasher has 2 prongs in a clip and will only plug back in one way.
The original flasher on my ride had a baby blue plastic cover over it with a barb that attached it to something in the console, the replacement flasher is metal.........on your fuse block there is a flasher element for the hazard lights, you could "borrow" it once you locate the turn signal flasher to determine if the turn signal flasher is faulty-they are the same.
Hope this helps.
