Default hp without ac compressor

how much hp would be added buy just removing the ac compressor belt so it wouldnt be spining the compressor so if i dont need the compressor just unhook it and get more hp in the winter just put the belt back on in the summer when i need it just a 2 sec job so if it adds like 5 hp wouldnt it be a good idea.

You're not really going to gain any extra power. The only time the A/C pulls power away from the rest of the engine is when its on, so removing it will only shed a little weight. If you did remove the A/C, you would need a shorter drive belt as well, no way around that. You MIGHT get another 1/2HP, if that.

Only the pully turns until you turn on the A/C. When you turn that on, the clutch energizes and turns the pump.

It would only really help if you had massive engine modification going on, otherwise I'd just leave it on there.

i dont want to seem like im arguing but that one belt goes on 4 pullys to only spin 1 to do something so just to get rid of the friction of the 4 pullys shouldnt that help?

It's useless to even worry about it with a 2.3. It isn't even going to be a noticeable difference. Go dyno the thing with and without the belt and post some numbers.
Besides...HP doesn't move the car, torque does.

That's really splitting hairs. There's more hp loss from the power steering pump than the A/C compressor when the A/C is off. It's no more parasitic than an idler pulley when the clutch is disengaged.
