Default 1989 mustang lx NOS?

I have a 89 lx and was thinking about nos. I know that I will need forged pistons and the kit and a better fuel system and had a couple questions.1 do they make a forged piston that doesn't require boring to fit? if so who would be helpful.2 Should I get a new fuel pump, injectors or both?3 Can my stock head take this? Don't mean to ask a lot of questions but i'd hate to blow a perfectly good 2.3 to bits. Thanks

The amount of engine work needed to allow safe NOS usage depends on how big of a shot you want to use. Personally, I think it would be a waste of time and money to put a NOS system on a 4cyl motor. But if you're adamant about using it, here's my recommendations; Use a 50 shot of NOS, get a set of forged pistons and connecting rods, upgrade your fuel pump to a Holly electronic fuel pump (48 psi), 21lb fuel injectors, CAI and an exhaust system.

ew nos, engine killer, even for a small dose your going to need to beef that engine, ide suggest new injectors, forged pistons and rods and a good valve job( your going to blow your exhaust valve guarenteed) as well i would look into a new head, if your not wanting to replace head then at least look into new head gasket, you will need new exhaust manifold or header as well as gasket.. with all this you may be able to have some fun, just remember, everytime you inject the nos your prbly taking 1/4 of that engines life away

darn well i was looking for a 2.3T but I was having some trouble finding one so since there's no supercharger for the 2.3 i was looking at nos. But just recently I found a 2.3T with tranny and computer for 850. I'd probabley go with that instead now but had one question regarding that, can I use my stock wiring hareness?
