Default A good Camshaft for my 1989 lx

I was wondering what a good camshaft would be for my 1989 2.3lx. I was looking for a idle and still be a daily driver. Thanks

Yeah no problem! Here you go;
Crane Cams 199501 - Crane PowerMax Camshafts - summitracing.com

Roller cams are more expensive than the flat tappet type but they are the best choice for any mustang, hands down. Over time, a flat tappet cam will end up costing you more in maintenance and replacement parts.

Well for the cam and the other stuff you need (springs etc.) it's like 450-500 for the one metioned earlier. Then maybe 5-6 hours of work to put it in really it's not all the complicated. JUST MAKE SURE THE TIMINGS RIGHT!
