Ok i have a 89lx with a 87 turbo 2.3 in it. I have replaced the clutch,fuel rail,regulator,pump,filter,exhaust manifold and chk'd all codes i get the ACT sensor error. Car runs great till u get on it past about 3krpms then it falls on face like there is no power. It sounds like the boost is running out the exhausts but my waste gate is working properly Also the car run really lean after warming up even though it is running 40 fuel psi and then i have around 20 oil psi sitting at idle it will climb to 43 driving. I'm using the original lx harness and i have the la3 ecu from the tbird. I will boost up to 15psi easy even hit 18 once but i turn the boost down because i didn't want to blow anything I almost quit and ripped everything out but when gas hit 4 bucks a gallon i decided to try and get this running right. Im ripping my hair out at this point.

1. Does fuel pressure rise 1 psi with every 1 psi of boost?
2. Do you have an ACT installed seperately then the one in the VAF meter (assuming you have a VAF)?
3. What is the number of the code you are getting?

The ACT helps control the fuel and timing, so you may need to do something about this to fix the problem.
