Hey guys I need some help with my 2.3l. The Steering Coupler went out on me and I can’t find one anywhere Except I found one place that carries them but they don’t know witch one of the three fits my car, does anyone know what size the coupler should be??

just a thought, maybe you should let us know what year it is. they had 2.3L i quite a few years and they changed a lot since then. I dont know myself but i can assure you that if anyone does, that is a important factor.

it's a 1991 Ford mustang 2.3l LX

Find the HELP! brand Part number 31002 or 31000. It's a pain in the butt job so good luck.

I would go to a salvage yard and get one from a 5.0 car. It is a direct bolt in, easier to install than changing the rag joint, shouldn't cost much, and should never wear out again.

I have done 5 or 6 of these swaps with no problem.

I should have said get the steering link (whole piece), not just the rag joint.
