so this might sound like a stupid question but i was just wondering if the suspension parts for a 5.0 fit a 2.3 n/a its a 90' hatchback

yes they all fit the 5.0 shocks i think are just a little bit stiffer but it depends on the year 87-90 had two bolt on the front and 91-93 had three on the front struts.

They are all the same.

You can also go with SN-95 stuff. It's a popular swap.

what about springs? I was considering a spring kit for my 2.3 vert, possibly lowering it an inch, but all i can find are 5.0 springs.. won't the 5.0 springs be too stiff?
