Steeda Adj. Clutch Cable on a 2.3L?

Will the Steeda Adjustable Clutch Cable and Double Hook Quadrant fit on a 1990 2.3L? One place that carries them said no, the other one said yes. So I still don't know. I also am going to get a Steeda firewall adjuster. I have to do something, I replaced the plastic OEM self-adjusting quadrant and pawl less than a year ago and the piece of junk is already broke again. And at $100 a piece I'm not going to keep replacing them if the Steeda will work. It only cost $104.99. I could sure use some good news so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It should work. In addition, Maximum Motorsports has a 3 hook quadrant kit that has had good reviews

Would I be able to use an aluminum quadrant with the stock cable and use a firewall adjuster to make it an adjustable cable?

I know you can on an SVO, but they are different than the regular Fox cars.
Call them and ask, they are good to work with

hey fnlcut357, I've already done it. I got the Steeda Adjustable Clutch Cable and Double Hook Quadrant on my 89 2.3l efi 5 speed plus the firewall adjuster too. I'll get pics on how i got it o work ok.
