Question So I just replaced my vacuum modulator.....

Now when i put it in drive it takes about 4 seconds to shift itself from park. Then to reverse it takes about 10 seconds. The good part is, it doesnt redline anymore from gear to gear. So why now does it take so long to go into park and reverse and drive? Do I need more trans fluid?

I havent had any services done to it since I acquired it last year. I didnt even want to drive it to a trans shop in the first place until I figured out what was wrong with it. I did check my fluid levels too, and yeah they are very low, so I will take care of that, and then see what happens. If nothing changes, I guess I will have to take it to a shop. And if it comes down to that Im just gonna swap it to a 5 speed.
