ok so i am buying a 89 2.3 mustang and dont no much about them ill give you all the info i have can someone give me like a 0-60 top speed and stuff like that thanks

I'm not sure on the 0-60 but I hear it has 88 HP. I dont know if its true because a while ago I searched the hp for my 91 2.3 and it said 105. I searched it again and now I've read that my 91 has 88 HP as well. So I'm not sure which one is the right one. It could be 105 HP for 87-93 2.3L.

Yes, I have an 89 and it also says 88HP.

I also read that its 90 HP for 87-93. Lol im gonna go with the 105 HP. So after all my mods im hoping it has 115 XD.

89LXvert2.3l's car is putting out approx. 90 hp because of the flat tappet lifters in the head, they stopped those in 90 and ran roller rockers, they ended up putting out a little more.. 100.. thats why "91 has a little more..

many people do the roller rocker conversion to the pre-90 cars to give them a little more power, but its not really much...
