I have a 1989 2.3L convertible mustang, and i am getting a cold air intake kit for it.. i need to know what you do with the vacum lines.. how to plug them or where to put them??

are you talking about the ones at the air cleaner housing? if so plug the one going to the engine/ has vac. engine running , the other one comes out with the air cleaner, bigG

plug the one on top, the bottom one should go to the valve on bottom of filter going to the valve controling the hot air to air cleaner when cold, bigG

you can follow the one going to the engine and cap it with a rubber plug, the other one will be removed when you remove the air cleaner ass. and install the cold air kit
