Some person that stopped me to talk about my Ford aka Merkur and told me if i wanted bettter kick was to unplug my spout and lock the timing in at 32 degrees now this doesnt sound like a good thing or is it?

If you unplug the SPOUT, the timing won't advance at all, which is a BAD thing.

With the SPOUT plugged in the timing will be at 30* when the timing was set at 10* SPOUT out (unplugged).
