IS there anyway to clean the lens on the inside? I used rubbing alcohol on the outside and did a pretty good job takin off the yellow film from years of weathering. Now how would I do the inside?

uhmm look online i think i heard of something like you wrap them in a wet towel and put them in the oven on low heat it gets rid of the condensation on the inside but if its there in the first place...buy new headlights? just a thought

i bought some new ones, $100 from Ebay, they look amazing!!

go and get 1000, 1500, 2000, and 2500 grit sand paper (depending on how bad your lens are [2000 & 2500 for minor damage]) sand one direction with one (vertical) and the opposite direction with the other (horizontal) while wetting the head lights, then when your done wipe and clean them off and put a little bit of wax on them and your good to go! i did this.

You can use toothpaste too but not the whitening kind.
