Default 89 2.3 turbo feels soooo slow HELP!!!

I have an 89 lx convertible mustang with a 2.3 bottom end out of a thunderbird and the top from a 2.3 mustang. Here is the list of mods

Turbocoupe Vane Meter
K&N Filter
Turbonetics T3/T4 Turbo
Front mount Intercooler
65mm Throttle Body
AMS Roller Cam
Roller Followers
Wiseco Forged Pistons
Gapless Rings
Forged Sportsman Connecting Rods
ARP Head Studs
ARP Main Studs
Custom Made Tubular Header
Tial Wastegate approx. 21 Lbs.
Bosch Bypass Valve
Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator (pressure increases w/ boost)
Centerforce Clutch
Crankcase Vent Kit
Boost Controller
LA3 Computer
Ported & Milled Cylinder Head
Gutted and Ported Intake Manifold
New 255 lph fuel pump
4:30 gears 8.8 rearend with open diff
Flowmaster 40 series LX dual catback kit

The car currently makes 21 lbs of boost. I just came from a GT that made decent power, and I see all the vids online of people with 2.3's that look like they are making great power. Mine just feels like it is sooooo slow. How can I make it faster? I dont have any numbers for it. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS

My words of advice if you aren't worried about mileage...get a 5.0L :P (That's what I'm doing when I pay off all my joy ride tickets)

It would help if we knew numbers. You should dyno it for numbers and see if your AF ration is actually good or not.

What is base fuel pressure?

What intake are you using? Inline or square style?

What is your cam timing set at?

Forget the 5.0 because you can woop up on them when you get this thing running right!!

Im not quite sure but i think the base fuel pressure is stock

I just blew the head gasket and had it redone at the shop so I assume they put the cam timing to stock

Im using the stock intake which i assume is the suare, but its been completley gutted ported and knife edged.

thanks
