Ran KOER diagnostics, received code 172 (EEC IV) - (HEGO sensor - voltage signal indicates lean, Bank #1). Check engine light is not on, anything to worry about?

Check fuel pressure, clean injectors and fuel filter.
That error is more related to a fuel problem than a O2 sensor problem.
But as a precaution also check the sensor wiring.
