Default Need help major turbo problems

Alright guys not very good with turbos this is my first turbo car...well i replaced the stock turbo with a turbonetics and a hks internal wastegate actuator...well at first i started the car and everything seemed fine the i started to drive it and it would only boost 6psi...so i turned up the boost with the manual boost control and it still would only boost 6psi...soo i drove it a lil more and while i was driving it started only boosting 3psi....NOW it only boosts 1psi....WTF....and if i try to open the trottle or bring the motor past 3000 rpm it starts bucking and i need to shift so it will stop... PLEASE GUYS I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO!!!!!

the only way a turbo is going to work is if you have exaust going though it so aparantly something is wrong there.

oil will affect it by what oil is put in your car to do lubricate if it isnt lubricated then it wont spin as freely.

I think I got the same problem too, when I bought my 84 svo the person told me I can't go past 6 psi because it stalls and he told me it may be cause it needs a new coil? I'm not sure if that's the problem though and haven't figured it out yet.

is the wastegate arm clip in place?
Also, to rule out the boost controller, run the vacuum line from the compressor scroll outlet to the wastegate diaphram. It should boost to around 10 then if the wategate and turbo are working properly.
