I've been looking around for a new exhaust set-up on my 84 svo but can't seem to find any.. I'm interested in either going dual 2.5' inch or single 3' inch. I like how the sound of the Flowmaster 40 sounds on my 2.3, but I hear flowmaster is not good for the turbos. Any suggestions on for a nice loud rumble exhaust would be great!

lol i was just wondering the same thing about my SVO. I have a MAGNAFLOW on mine but it sounds like crap so I dont know what to put on it to match great with my 3in full exhaust. let me know if you hear any good suggestions.

Sounds great! I just have to find a cat back exhaust set up for my 84. I might just have to get one custom made. I don't know if any of the 85-93 cat back exhausts will fit mine. The ones that are made for the 84 are for the 5.0L only..

The exhaust is turbocoupe downpipe. Wanting to go 3" there. 3" to muffler the 2-1/2" GT over the rearend. The sideskirts and rearend valance are "Saleen" Look alikes. The wheels are I think early 80" White Saleen that were painted Black. I didn't paint them. Here is site with them I got 200 in mine new never install. At a swap meet. Ouch on price to buy again.
