is this clutch adjustable?? if so where to do so??

both cables are in good shape, clutch fees weird???

The clutch cable is self adjusting. There is a mechanism that adjusts the clutch in the bellhousing. If your cable feels kinda sloppy, drive about 10 mph and put your foot under the clutch pedal and pull towards you a little. That will adjust it slightly.
