If the paper label has PE on it, you need to replace it with a PE.
Why do you think th EC is bad?

Well my car is running like a bag of crap...it feels like its runnin on 2 cylinders...so i checked everything plugs wires cap rotor timing...then i got to injector pulse and instead of getting a pulse the injectors were just stayin on like the car was at WOT all the time...so i checked my tps sensor thinkin it was bad tellin my ecu i was at WOT...it tested fine...then i started to check everythinng else...map sensor...vam...everthing that could give a bad signal to tell the ecu i was at WOT....and everyting tested fine...then i unplugged the ecu to see if i was getting power to the injector plug to make sure i didnt have a short and theres no short in wires so its gotta be a bad ecu

there is always going to be power at the injector, as long as the wiring is intact. The injector gets the pulse from the EEC gounding it. Thus, the light will be on at the injector.
There is usually a paper label n the plug part of the EEC, where it mates to the harness.
Good luck finding a PE replacement. I think Advance had them (Parts America), but that was almost 2 years ago. You should be able to plug-and-play a TE (84) or PJ (85) to see if it runs better, but the timing and fuel mapping is not near the same.
