Question 1993 mustang 2.3 computer

can anyone tell me does the computer control the fan,and fuel pump?

usually no fans controled by when the car gets hot or when you turn on the ac (fan switch) the fuel pump is controled by a fuel relay but im not sure on our cars but thats how it usually is.

The EEC does control the cooling fan. It has a target temp that it turns on and off at.

As for the fuel pump: There's a relay that triggers the pump to energize to supply fuel to the fuel rail. The EEC has to tell it to prime the fuel rail for start. It sends the voltage signal to the pump relay, or it would not be triggered to energize the pump.
