Default Struts and Shocks

does anyone have any opinions to which ones are better than others? does it matter if they are for a 5.0 or a 2.3?

yes it makes a difference if it is a 2.3 or 5.0 as far as I know.
what I was planning on was strange 10 way adjustable struts and competition engineering shocks for regular street driving and occasional track use. thats what was recommended to me for what I wanted but it depends on what your going to be doing.

I asked someone at 50resto.com if it mattered a little while ago and this is what they said:

the spindles are different for the 4cyl, you could bolt on the v8 spindles and use them. But I would recommend using the 4 cyl specific ones.
