Question What Should a 1993 LX Idle at?
I'm just wondering what a 1993 Mustang LX (auto) should best idle at... Thanks.

My 1991 LX idles at about 750.

Flowmaster Muffler Original 40 series, Rear Window Louvers, Black GT style taillights, Weld Draglites 15x7 Front, 15x8 Rear.

Okay thanks guys... I was just wondering because mine is 500 and lower so I am getting an O2 sensor to see if that helps

Isn't there a way to adjust idle? Mine idles a little over 1,000.

Yeah there is a way to adjust idle and I did it correctly but it still idles the same.

A mechanic said I would have to replace a connector on the intake manifold, but I don't remember what he called it.

Conv 2.3. What did you do to adjust the idle?

QuarterPony. Could it have been the idle air control vavle?

I HAVE A 1993 MUSTANG LX 2.3L HATCHBACK AND WAS just wondering... WHAT WOULD IT BE IF MY CAR DON'T GO 2 ITS LAST GEAR AS WHAT IT FEELS AND HEATS UP FROM THE OILPAN....AFTER ABOUT 10-12 MILES OF DRIVEING..??
THAT AND THE IDLEING...?
