air bag light blinking??

has anyone had this happen?? if so what does it mean??
there have been no front end hit either..

I recently solved this problem on a '92 just by unpluging and cleaning the connectors to the sensors.

It blinks trouble codes just like the CEL.

You're right, B.Chandler. If my memory serves, mine was flashing code 41. (don't have the code list with me now.)

so.... with my gas milage now, an egr valve and or h2o sensor could be the issue??

not sure?? I've un-plugged the bag, and pulled out and replaced fuses, and still blinks... there really aren't any idiot gages in these cars, so I thought it might be these two parts... not to mention they are fomoco original parts!!! 16 yrs old!! I guess it is time to change them....

Did you read the link I posted earlier? It'll help you track down the airbag issue.

As for the O2 sensor stuff, that kinda came out of left field. I didn't know you were having trouble there as well. The two are totally unrelated.
