what my car looked like this morning and what it looks like now.


it only took me like three hours to do this and was relativly simple to do.

now i just need a paint job after i get the rest of the body on.

and now the rear the only thing between my car and a paint job are the side skirts and the saleen spoiler.

tell me what you guys think truthfully i think it looks like crap but that is probably for two reasons 1. paint 2. no spoiler.

Honestly, I prefer it without the spoiler. Looking past the bad paint I think it looks sweet!

I've taken the spoiler off my 2.3 to get it painted, but I've gotten used to the no spoiler look. Where did you get the front bumper?

i bought the whole kit for $200 you can get one from RockAuto.com for 73.98 i think there really cheap.

also the the molding behind the doors are double sided taped were can i get some of that tape can i get some from autozone/advancedauto?

the only thing bad about the bumper is that the it goes right in front of the exaust pipe and only has like 2 inches of clearence so im going to have to cut part of the tip off probably like another 2-3 inches what do you guys think?

Oh no no don't do that, if you can find a way to down sweep your exhaust you should do it. Either that or cut a hole for the exhaust.

I think the exhaust has to be seen or come out the car a certain distance or it won't pass inspection.

Okay cut the pipe then. It just looks awkward without one hanging out the back though.

I still say cut and fabricate a hole in the bumper.

well what it looks like the gt's have is just the pipe bent down out the bottom of the bumper so i think im going to do this.

I wouldn't cut or trim on the Rear Bumper. I would take it to a Muffler Shop and they can fix it for you.
