so today on my way to get my permanent tags i got pulled over obviously not for speeding lol but before he pulled me over my car was beeping constantly.. it would beep about five times then stop then go again after a second....after the cop told me that he was sorry for the inconvenience he took off ahead of me...after i caught up to him my car stared to beep again.... so my question is do you think it is a radar detector?? and this might sound dumb but does it sound like a certain one?? and where are they normally placed?? o ya just bought the car about a week ago and have only noticed it when there is a cop around

well it could be but do you see any lights on your instrument panel when it comes on?

ya seatbelts always on lol but no there was no lights on dash or anything except for the beeps but il take a look under the seat and see what i can find.. now i was tellin my buddy about what happened and he said that some cops can detect if you have one or not.. ever heard about that??
