Default 1985 mustang 4 cylinder makes noice after shut off
When ever I drive the car or just turn in on and let it run then turn it off it makes a weird noice like its still burning gas or something.

Tough to say what's going on there. One thing that immediately comes to mind is a burnt valve or cracked head could be allowing compression to leak for a few seconds after the car has been shut off, making a hissing noise. Also, coolant leaks could make a hissing noise. Electric fans slowing down sometimes cause a whine or hum as they stop.
