Default 1993 Mustang 2.3, replaced plugs, wires, filters, still missing?

This is my sons car. I took it for a ride and notice a slight miss. Going down the road runs good. Sitting at lights, gives a slight miss. I have replaced the norms, plugs-wires-filters-ect. I can not scan it with the older system it has. Wandering if anyone else has had this, im thinking O2 sensor. Anyone else have any ideas?
thanks

try o2 sensor but also make sure you have the plug wires run to the right cylinders. dont go by what the coil pack says on top go by what the chilton book or haynes books says. i went by the coil packs once and had miss at idle or at red light also. changed wires and ran the same up top but also was smooth down bottom. also make sure its not eating water.

try o2 sensor first, if that doesnt get it, check your plug wires like ford45 said, and if that still doesnt get it, check your spark plugs, especially if theyre champion spark plugs. my friend just replaced his plugs in his 71 skylark last week and there was a bad plug that caused missing when he was at a idle but his car seemed fine when we were cruisin. they were champion spark plugs. also my dad was telling me that it had something with a straight four in it and he needed plugs badly but didnt want to spend a lot so he got champion plugs and all four plugs were bad.
