Why post two if we don't know the anwser to the first thread then why post it agian. Maybe no one has had the problem and we need you to fix it. Or just maybe we don't care( worst case ) But simply be patient my friend. Best of luck to you on getting it fixed.

Have you ever had the cooling system flushed?
You could also have an air bubble in the system.

Do you have a electric fan or a belt driven?

there is something wrong either with your coolant temp sensor, in between injector #2 & 3, or the wire that goes to the fan control box. or your control box itself

Ok, this has been covered about 6 times in the last year. USE THE SEARCH FEATURE

If your fan is not coming on without turning on the AC (it shouldn't come on with the heat selector) than it is one of 3 things:
1. The black TRW box under the dash next to the steering column
2. The fan switch in the bottom of the lower intake (sort of like the one in the picure)
3. A wiring issue

The ECT does nothing to turn the fan on. It "talks" to the EEC to schedule fuel injector pulse/timing and help with cold start idle.
