no the temp gauge works properly. and no i have gad da car 4 bout a year but its never blown hot air nor cool air in da summer i figured dat was cuz i needed refrigerant tho. and how would i kno, or check to see if it was bypassed?
First of all, could you please use real english. You are old enough to drive, so you should be old enough to spell a little better....
look at this picture and spot the 2 blue caps on the firewall. Those are just covers for the heater core tubes. You should have hoses going to them if it is hooked up correctly.
Also, your controls may be fubar for the airbox. Someone else will have to chime in on that.
First of all you need to make sure your thermostat isnt stuck open or shut. If its stuck shut..the car water temp would get really hot but no warm air come out of the vents. If it was stuck open..the car would take forever to warm up and the air coming from the vents will only be as warm as the temp of the car. Also make sure the coolant level is full in the radiator.
buggzb . If you don’t know how to spell OR how to speak English, there is a spell check feature on your computer. Please use it! Are you even old enough to own and drive a car?

none of what's been said about the car has made sense, if you have a reading on your temp gauge you should have heat, locate both of your heater hoses and get the car to operating temperature, feel both hoses to see that there both warm or hot, if one is hot and one is cold you may have either a plugged heater core, wich a reverse flush and a bottle of CLR will fix, or you have a cooling issue, either low coolant, or a blockage in the hoses, depending on how much you drive it , it could be ice if the coolant isn't mixed properly. if all this is fine then it's probabally what i thought it was in the first place, the heat/cool selector is cable operated, and is held in with plastic at the controls, remove the heat controls, find the hot/ cold cable and turn the knob, inspecting the operation, should move freely and fully across the whole motion of the control, if thats fine, look under the passenger side dashboard, follow the cable to the lever that operates the heat door, turn the knob again and make sure the door opens fully with knob operation. good luck.
no disrespect but at times i do mispell words, but its hard to under stand you, you cant possibley mis spell that much any way grab on to your heater hoses that connect to the heater core , after the enging is good and hot , engine cooling fan running, you should not be able to hold on to the heater hoses at the core, if you cant the coolert flow is ok and look for a temp. blend door problem , if 1 hose is hot and the other it just wam you have a pluged heater core , big G
