Default Major problem 1989 Mustang Coupe

Ok 2day i flushed my cooling system wit da prestone flush kit and in process da dam flesh back assesory broke and my exhaust took on alot of water. But after that i been tryin to drive it all day but wen i come 2 a stop light or jus stop at all and let it idle the mofo cuts off its hghly irritating and also it wont idle in park 4 to long without turnig off can any body help

I would check distributor cap. Did it get wet? It don't take much. Look it over real carefully for cracks. Also check plugs and wires for cracks. I wouldn't think a wet 02 sensor would cause problems. If can't find any problems may need to run codes and see what shows up.

Yea i believe my o2 sensor is right below my heater inlet hose so yea if it got wet does that mean id need to buy a new 1 or wat? I mean this sort thing happen b4 but after bout a week it was all good so will it dry out on its own?
