How exactly to flush PS fluid from 88 2.3n/a?

I need to know how to flush the power steering fluid from that car.

I've seen a video (the only I could find) on youtube, but not from a mustang.

Should I loosen the nut one or the rubber hose one?

Or any other way would help. I believe, since its black, and I haven't changed it since I've bought it, that it may be the original power steering fluid from like ... 21 years ago?
