Default wheel question for when i do my 5 lug swap??

i am sure this has been asked and i searched how to do the swap. but i am still unsure about what i wanna do. i am gonna swap out my 4 lug stuff with 5 lug stuff, including the rearend, from a 94-95 mustang. i wanna get a set of the deep dish 18x9, front, and 18x10, rear. will i have any problems?.
