Default Exhaust Problem!

ok well for the past couple days ive been driving around with an exhaust leak. i took it over to my cousins so he could take a look at it and we found out where its coming from. its right off the block at the first clamp. we tried loosing it and tighting it but the nut will not move at all. we even put an impact gun to it and it didnt budge. any ideas on how we can get those loose so i can get it tightend?

I would try to cut it off with a die grinder if possible. Or use a nut splitter to crack the nut loose. I've also heard of people using heat for seized up nuts and bolts, although I've never used heat. Good luck

ok so heres what i think the problem is with it lol. i took it back over to my cousins house last night and was messing around with it. i soaked both nuts with wd-40 and i got them both loose. then i took the impact gun to em to tighten em up. took it for a drive and it all went well for about 5 miles.

so what im thinking is that the bolts are shot and i need to replace them. cause when the exhaust expands it pushes the bolts back which then makes it leak. so im thinking all i need is some new bolts and i think that will solve my problem. im gonna see if i can buy just the bolts for it and give it a shot. if that doesnt work then i guess im just gonna have to get a new exhaust
