Default White film in my oil

Every time i check my oil level with the dipstick, i always get a white film on it. Its been doing this for about a month. I also checked where it say "engine oil" and i can see little spots of film floating on top. What is this a sign of? I changed the oil a few months ago also..

it's water, either a head, intake gasket or a cracked block. start the car and remove rad cap, give it a minute and see if the coolant is "foaming" or if there's any oil or dark spots in your coolant, that will only confirm the same as above. is it missing or sputtering at all? having problems reving the engine or power loss?

I'll check 2morrow. There hasn't been a lost of power and there's no sputtering of any sort.

Ditto

A compression test will also tell you more.

I would say the gasket went out between cylinders 2 and 3.

Make sure you flush the oil a couple of times (run the engine for about a half hour each time) before sticking with a final operating product. Buy some cheapo oil for this and end up with what you normally run after the flushes.
