My 2.3 5 speed feels like the engine and trans move alot durring shifts. Like if your on a flat road and let off the gas and then floor it it sounds and feels like the whole drive train just riped out. I know this is worn out bushings. What kind of bushings would be the best. Polyurathane? Would this make the car raddle like crazy? Any ideas?

It's more likely to be a broken transmission mount than bad bushings.

Check rear trans mount and engine mount.
