Default 92' 2.3L N/A running badly

My car has these codes
172-Lack of oxygen sensor(HEGO)Switches, indicates lean.
538-Insufficient RPM change during KOEO Dynamic Response Test.
114- Air Charge Temp(ACT) out of self test range.
186- Injector pulse width higher than expected.

Does anyone think that by having a 3 inch(goes all the way into the fender) intake instead of the measly junk that comes on it..would be enough to make it run lean? Runs badly at lower rpms and upon taking off. Having to put oil in pretty often. Also leaving black junk on my driveway from the tailpipe.

Help from anyone would be nice!

Yes it does sound like you are running pretty lean. I added the 3 inch intake to my 91' LX and had to remove it because the air to fuel ratio was off. It made mine run pretty bad but some have gotten it to work, not sure how.
