Default Accel issues and turbo help

I have an 87 turbo coupe with a 84 turbo motor. It has the stock garret t3 turbo on it. I have a walbro 255lph,boost controller, cold air intake,short throw shifter,its bored 30 over from stock. I have the #35 injectors in it. Its makeing 45psi of fuel. So here is my problem on hard accel in high rpms it kind feels like the clutch is slipping but the clutch is fine. You can feel it accel then decel in the car with the pedal to the floor. Also im looking at buying a new exhuast manifold from ssautochrome.com and i am going to buy a new turbo to. BUT I NEED TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF TURBO AND THE BEST AR RATIO I WOULD LIKE IT TO BE HIGH RPMS. WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO LOOK FOR A GOOD DEPENDABLE TURBO????????????????

so when is the fuel at 45 psi? At idle?

Fuel should icrease 1 psi for every psi of boost. Is this the case?

IMO, ssautochrome sucks.......but it's your dime.

Its 45psi at idle. And thats y i asked what the best place is to go and buy a turbo.... I NEED AR TYPE... IVE BEEN HEARING ALOT ABOUT THE T3/T4 HYBRID????? PLEASE GIVE ME MORE INFO ON TURBO...

vacuum leak?? maybe the wastegate is loosing vacuum

OK, NO NEED FOR CAPS.......

You can have your current turbo rebuilt by a guy at Evergren turbo and it can be converted to a T3/04.

You need to get the other problems fixed, or it will do the same thing it is now, but worse.

A .60/.63 AR will work well, with a 50 trim.
