is the carb on a 1980 4cyl n/a the same as the carb on a 80 turbo 4?

i was just wondering if the carb on my 1980 4 cyl n/a mustang is the same one as my turbo 4 mustang of the same year, because a mechanic told me the turbo one may need a rebuild, and a swap is much cheaper. also what must be done to change a manual choke to a electric choke?

Yea you need a blow through carb for a turbo.
