1987 Mustang 2.3 Idles rough

Hey, I've got a 1987 Mustang LX with a 2.3 out of a Ranger. As I was parking it yesturday, it started idling rough, and almost died. I have also noticed that the oil pressure gauge is really jumpy. Are these two things related? Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix the rough idle or oil gauge? Any suggestions would be of help. Thanks!

Oil pressure will go down with rpm. Did oil pressure go down first then rought idle? If first tune up and get codes read. If second get a mechanics idea's

i cleaned mine with brake clean anfd irt started working fine
