Default Junkyard Wars for Suspention Parts

Hello this is my first post here on the AFM forums and im glad to say everyone here makes me happy that the info i got from everyone on this site is pretty spot on

Just yesterday i got a Header from a ford ranger the steel tube one for 40$

also i got a rear sway bar off a 87 cougar for 40$ as well...Salvage Yards Lovem

But im in need of help again an i know there some super smart guys an girls on here

The topic is Suspension Mostly Sway-bars and axles maybe even Independent suspension for the fox body..

1.) What sway bars of what cars will fit correct is one Question. seen a Lincoln LSC with the 5.0 HO and i got my sway bar off that but the front one was huge like had to be over an inch would be nice an stiff for the car but would it fit

2.)should i Convert to 5 Lug is it needed or worth it cause i could have gotten a whole rear end for 70 off a Cougar or LSC

3.) i know its way off topic but also a cougar with a very clean 3.8 v6 Supercharged whole car nice condition for 850 need the trany its auto but i would mate the 5 speed to it its a direct swap ..No?:

now a lsc rear end would be great, rear disc brakes, 8.8 rear NON trac loc, so you will need to add one. do me and yourself a favour, measure the rear end, i put a 85 t-bird turbocoupe rear end in my stang and is was 5/8's of an inch wider, so the rear wheels stuck out a little, my good friend did the same from a 88 t-coupe with rear disc brakes and when installing his hardened 88 mustang axles they were too short, so all fox parts are not equal. i'm in canada so some things may be different in usa than here too.

to answer the second question, upgrading to 5 lug will give you the option to use brakes from the SN95 mustangs which are much improved over the fox bodies, and allow you to choose from a broader range of rims for your car. Also, the spindles from an SN95 improve the steering geometry
