so im saving to do a 5L swap or possibly something bigger iono yet. but anyways for right now i want to get a little more power out of my little 4 banger. so while i was at work i decided that im going to put a cold air in my car but was wondering what is better pvc pipe or metal?? also while i was bored outta my mind when i was working i was wondering if when i put the cai in if you could put a small fan inside the cai to help push the air quicker?? what do you think? also if i were to do this should i put it before or after the mass airflow sensor?

plastic or metal ....which conduct heat more ....eventually i think its about asthetics cause both will heat up so its up to you i like brushed stainless steel look

as for the fan ....no it won't work ...usually called electronic superchargers ...the reason why is the fan will only spin so fast and eventually it will just become an airway obstruction ...if it worked someone would have marked then succesfully by now
