Cool

I installed a Walbro 255 lph pump that I bought from JDS Perfomance into my turbo'd Mustang.
JDS Performance website

Pretty simple really. Drive the car until it's almost out of gas. Jack it up and drop the tank. The fuel pump installs through the top of the tank. Remove and replace. Reinstall tank. Fill with gas. You're done!

No, it won't make any difference at all. Although, it's an excellent upgrade 'cause if you're planning to do any mods in the future, your fuel delivery is already set!

You can replace the fuel pump in a short time if you follow the these directions....

I would recommend purchasing a fuel pump replacement kit with all the rubber parts and replace them while you are under there and drop the tank and all. Filler tube grommet, roll over valve grommet, etc.
The parts aren't that expensive........Why do things twice?

50resto has a kit

If you are going to run a bigger fuel pump, make sure you have an adjustable regulator on it. You don't want it to start running rich.
