Default Calibrating the gauge needles.

I just installed a white speedo/tachometer/etc. skin on my dashboard. thing is, I now have to adjust my speedo needle according to the actual speed of the car.

Is there a handy trick to set all needles correctly?

Another thing: Are the needles also magnetically controlled?

Set the speedometer by timing 60seconds for 60mph between 2 milemarkers. I assume no rearend change or trans.

I don't exactly understand that, sorry.

I presume my fuel guage will automatically adjust right, just like everything else besides speedo?

The original speedo was in km/hr, and the new skin is in mph and the kmh go to 220 instead of 200. I can do that with a tiny bit more info, because I am a noob haha.

The important thing for me is the fuel guage, do I put it at empty when the car is off?
