Im having major problems with my AC/fan right now, the rad fan doesent want to turn on when the car gets hot hot. I've replaced the water sensor [I think thats what its called] and the damn fan wont turn. My dad and I made an alternative that bypasses something [totally forgot] and now its working. The only problem is my AC doesent work....I took it to the mechanic last week he repumped it fool of the goods, replaced the 'O' rings, lubed it up and got it working. Everything is fine with the AC [while its standing still, he said its a whole nother game when the car is moving around] but the effing rad fan issue is also affecting the AC [The fan isnt working to cool it off as well, he says as long as the car is moving the AC should work, the car still gets hella hot tho] I go to warm up my car the next day and all of a sudden i Hear a squeeking sound...I think something is royally fu**ed.. anyways, taking it back in tomorrow to get some more work on the car, see if he can get the stock "way" to make the fan work properly.

Anyone have issues with there AC? What were doing is the $200 way to see if we can get it running, if not its gonna cost $1,000+++ to get a new one, with my car being a convertible its not an issue....I just want everything STOCK to work properly...plus AC is always nice...Anyone else out there biting there teeth over AC issues?

just wondering about the AC in my year of mustangs in general..Ya the car is old and this stuff happens, but its an expensive thing to replace, just wanted to know if this is common at all
