That's a can of worms that I wouldn't care to open! I believe your ghia is carburated with no engine management system at all. You're going to have to adapt an entire ECU and EFI system. However, anything's possible with enough know-how, tools and money! You'll need a pressurized fuel system and complete wiring harness, ECU, fab a cooling system, oh.........and how are the smog laws in your state?
If it were me, I'd sell the Mustang II and pick up a next generation Mustang. Then it would be, pretty much a bolt in.
