Default 1986 SVO won't stay running... Please Help?

So I have a fully built 2.3 turbo with a EGR delete that has trouble starting and will only run for a few seconds. I had codes at first from the VAM (replaced it). My computer was fried so I replaced it. Now I have no codes at all, yet the car won't run for more then a few seconds. When I does start it acts like the timing is slow then quits.

Any idea?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

1. What is fuel pressure at?
2. check to make sure all the vacuum ports are hooked up to something or plugged off.
3. Do you at least get a code of 11?
4. Have you double/triple checked cam timing?
5. Have you double/triple checked ignition timing?
6. Hae you double/triple checked the firing order?
7. What are the TPS readings closed throttle and WOT?

1. 40 psi
2. vacuum ports are connected or plugged
3. it didn't have a pass code when the ECU was fried now it does have code 11
4. dead on
5. dead on
6. firing order is correct
7. 1v closed, and 5v at WOT

I'm thinking a failed TFI module is why it won't stay running? Whats your thought.

My adjustable cam gear from Esslinger was 3 teeth short, put the stock one back on now the timing seems to be a little faster but not by much.

I don't know what you mean when you say the Esslinger sprocket is 3 teeth short.......
Here is a TFI troubleshooting procedure to check it and the PIP. How is the wiring to it? Is the metal sheathing on the one wire doing to it (cannot remember which one right this second and I am at work)?

TPS should be .90 VDC and 4.9X VDC

-TFI tested bad so I replaced it.
-EEC power relay was also bad so I replaced it.
Now it starts up everytime and runs for about a minute but still dies?

How could the EEC relay be bad and still conduct a KOEO test?

I would watch fuel pressure as it is running (free test).

In addition, I would change out the PIP (Hall Effect Sensor) with the TFI.
